This search shows fines levied by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Sanitation (DOS), Department of Transportation (DOT) and 13 others. The results will include violations that are in judgment as well as violations that have YET to go into judgement, but could.

A search of Housing Preservation and Development and Department of Building Records for all pending violations of both the local Building code and the Multiple Dwelling Law
A report using the Federal Flood Maps indicating the classification of a particular property. An explanation of the Classification will determine whether or not flood insurance is mandatory.
A search of Housing Preservation Development and Emergency Repair Records which would show any repairs or services provided to said property of an emergency nature where property owner was negligent in responding.
A copy of the last Certificate of Occupancy of record plus any subsequent plans filed that either change or propose to change the legal use of the premises. If a Certificate of Occupancy was never issued, the legal use as determined by plans filed with the Department of Buildings.
